Tostilocos

My latest NYT "United Tastes" column is out.

Tostilocos are bags of Tostitos, topped with lots of different stuf.

They're popular in Tijuana, Mexico, are spereading to US cities with big Mexican American populations, and showcase the cultural porosity of the borderlands.
